Suzy G

Margot Hovley

Suzy G writes primarily short fiction and essays. She is the host of the podcast Are We Allowed to Talk About This Yet? where she has conversations about the death of things-- people, relationships, beliefs-- and the subsequent birth of new things. (At this stage in life, she’s mildly obsessed with the themes of death and rebirth.) She identifies as a recovering guilt-junky and an optimistic widow. She resides in Nashville, TN with her kids, her cat, and her songwriter boyfriend. No, she can’t sing you any country songs.

Margot Hovley was raised in rural Washington State, where she worked as a girl pig-herder and champion produce boxmaker. She now lives and plays in Utah with her big family. When she's not storytelling, she's hanging out with family, teaching music to the somewhat willing, and fooling with techy gadgets. She loves hiking, traveling, and concocting adventures.

Marion Jensen

I’m Marion Jensen. By day I’m a mild-mannered instructional designer at American Express. By night, I put on a cape and write superhero books. Books that will make you laugh, cry (but only because you’re laughing so hard), and then hopefully laugh some more.

In my spare time I enjoy running, board games, cooking, and reading. I’m also a board-certified, synchronized Pez-dispenser.

My first book ALMOST SUPER came out in January, 2014 with HarperCollins. The sequel, SEARCHING FOR SUPER came out in January, 2015.

She began writing her first novel in 1998 and has written twenty-six novels, one cookbook, and been part of multiple collaborations since then. She is a four-time Whitney Award winner and Best of State winner in Fiction.
